New rates effective January 1, 2011
Cottages
Available year-round.
All 9 clean, fully refurbished and well-serviced cottages feature queen-size beds as well as full kitchens with appliances, full bathrooms and propane barbecues on each deck.
· Daily Rate ....…$ 104 - plus 5% GST and 4% Hotel Tax
· Weekly Rate ....…$ 500 - plus 5% GST and 4% Hotel Tax
· Monthly Rate …$ 1,200 - No GST and No Hotel Tax
monthly rates available from November 1 to March 31 only
RV Sites
Available April 1 to October 31 - weather permitting
All 23 pull-through and 7 back-in RV sites include power, sewer and water, as well as access to bath house with toilets and showers. RV sites not available during winter months.
The following rates are effective from April 1 - Oct. 31, 2011:
· Daily Rate ……..…$ 35 – plus 5% GST
· Weekly Rate ....…$ 210 – plus 5% GST
· Monthly Rate ……$ 605 – plus 5% GST
Tent Sites
Available April 1 to October 31 - weather permitting
No power or water at tent sites, however there is access to bath house with toilets and showers. Tent sites not available during winter months.
The following rates are effective from April 1 - Oct. 31, 2011:
· Daily Rate ……..…$ 18 – plus 5% GST
· Weekly Rate .....…$ 60 – plus 5% GST
· Monthly Rate ...…$ 125 – plus 5% GST
Pets
Small pets welcome and receive complimentary stays, however they must be on a leash at all times when outside. Owners must also be guest-friendly by bringing their own bags for environmental cleanup after biological needs are addressed.
